I hear people say "they got married... and then lived happily every after."
Is marriage what we are suppose to be waiting for? (this is really a rhetorical question)
Does life and happiness start with being married?
I am just finding it hard to believe, that God would put that kind of limitation on a life.
Just my opinion. Let me know what you think.

I'm so conflicted! I want to reply, but you said "this is a rhetorical question." Save me from my commenting self! I'm so confused! (I'm sucking my thumb curled in a corner crying my eyes out.)
(cuz...oh yep...I could write the reply to end all replies.)
Little ladybug! Not to still thunder from the Fisherstine, but remember no one, not anyone can fill your heart like Jesus! Listen to yo mama.
Nope, Life and happiness don't start with marriage :) They start with Jesus. Your mama is right :) Can't wait to have you home for the summer!
Lauren, OMG, I feel like I'm back in college, sitting on my dorm bed, talking with my roommate/best friend. We discussed the same question(s). After we were both married (her long before me), we discussed how marriage (hear me out please) completed us and yet we did NOT feel UNcomplete while single. The only explanation is Christ. Christ is what completes us. Whether single or married, it's being in God's will for our life. For her, it was marriage at 21, for me it was marriage at 30. I'm probably writing way too much, but its only because I LOVED being single and being able to do work for Christ that I may never get to do again while married. But, don't get me wrong... I LOVE being married, too. It's CHRIST that completes us!
